Which audio format should I choose?

MP3 is the most widely compatible format and works everywhere. AAC offers better quality at the same file size. WAV is lossless (uncompressed) and best for professional editing, but produces much larger files.

What bitrate should I select?

128 kbps is fine for speech and podcasts. 192 kbps is good for music. 320 kbps provides maximum quality and is recommended for high-fidelity audio.
